I purchased sho supplements without creating an account - how do I access my account to make changes to my subscriptions?

Please send us an email to info@shonutrition.com with the title of “Activate my account”, and we will send you an email with a link, so that you can log in with the same email that you used for your purchase, and you can reset your login password.


I have dispenser caps that I can reuse - how can I switch my subscription from Dispenser Kit to Refill (and save $$)?

There are two ways to change your subscription product/s:

Option 1:

After you log in, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, and then click on “Edit” on the right side of the Product that you’d like to switch. Next, scroll down and click on “Change Product Variant” and choose between "Dispenser Kit" and "Refill".  Lastly, click “Save”.

Option 2:

After you log in, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, and then click on “Swap” on the right side of the Product that you’d like to switch. Next, choose the Product, and select the Option between Dispenser Kit and Refill. Click "Save".


I’d like to get a dispenser cap to easily click out the supplements without opening and closing the bottle cap - how can I switch my subscription from Refill to Dispenser Kit?

The same way as above: you can switch between the options of Dispenser Kit and Refill.  


How to add a product?

For “One-time purchase”:

Add a product from sho’s website, and select the “One-time purchase” option to add to the cart.

For “Subscribe & Save 15%”:

Log into your account, and click on “Manage subscriptions”: scroll down and click on “Add Product”. Choose the Product, and select the Option between “Dispenser Kit” and “Refill”.


How to add a discount code to my orders?

Log in, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on “Subscriptions”, click on “Apply discount code” underneath your subscription order, type in the code, and click on “Save”. Your discount code will be applied based on its pre-set rule/s.


How to change the quantity of my subscription order?

Log into your account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on Edit on the right side of your subscription order, scroll down, and click on “Change product quantity”.


How to skip shipment/s?

Log in, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on “Delivery Schedule”, and you can “Skip” the upcoming auto-shipment/s.


How to change shipment date:

Log in, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on “Edit” on the right side of your Product, click on “Change next charge date”, and click “Save”.


How to change payment method?

Log in, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on “Billing information”, and “Edit”.


How to change shipping / billing address:

Log in, scroll down and find “Shipping / Billing Address”: click on “Edit”, make changes, and click “Save”.


How to delete/cancel a product?

Log into your account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, click on “Cancel” on the right side of the Product that you’d like to cancel.


How to reactivate a product subscription?

Log into your account, click on “Manage Subscriptions”, scroll down to find the subscription order that was Cancelled, and click on “Reactivate” on the right.
