Where are sho products made, and how do you ensure the quality?

The supplements and vitamins are encapsulated at a state-of-the-art manufacturer in Japan which has a 20+ year track record of high-quality manufacturing. The facility is US FDA-registered, and GMP, HACCP, and Organic JAS certified. Product assembly, packaging, and fulfillment are conducted at an FDA-registered, GMP certified facility in the New York tri-state area. How do I take sho supplements?

Easy to take and remember, anytime and anywhere, with sho's daily tracking mechanism. Two simple steps to get the essential nutrients for your particular health function:

  1. Click the dispenser and a Spheri-Gel will drop in your hand for you to swallow
  2. Turn the daily tracker to the next day, as you are done with your nutritional supplements for the day

You can adjust the number of Spheri-Gels in a day, ideally taken with food, but can be taken at anytime.

How do I store sho products?

It is best to store sho supplements in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat, because the Shperi-Gel gelcaps are susceptible to heat, humidity, and sunlight, and may cause the gelcap to soften, which may affect the smooth dispensing. We use only the freshest ingredients without preservatives, and we recommend that you consume each sho product within 30 days after opening. It's best to take sho supplements every day as a healthy habit, and enjoy the health improvement benefits.

Can I take multiple sho supplements at once?

Are sho supplements okay for children to take?

sho formulations are intended for adults only (> 18 years old). Just as with other dietary supplements, please keep sho out of the reach of children. While most of our supplement ingredients are excreted for the excessive portion from our body without any side effects, if you think your child has taken excessive sho supplements, please contact your child's physician to discuss any concerns you may have.

Are there any common allergens contained in the sho supplements?

sho supplements are vegetarian, containing only the most effective nutrients to be clean and healthy. The supplements have no sweeteners, corn syrups, starches, artificial flavors or colors. They are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, fish, shellfish, peanuts, eggs. Lecithin contains a small trace amount of soy protein.

sho's ingenious Dispenser Unit helps you kickstart a healthy daily routine, and the Refill Unit is an economical way to keep topping up the nutritious Spheri-Gels. You can easily sign up to our flexible subscription plans based on your choice of the products and delivery frequency, which saves you money and worry from running out of sho supplements. You can change your plan at anytime by logging into your account. We recommend that you replace the dispenser cap at least every quarter, to maintain its proper functions, quality and hygiene standards.

Can I change or cancel my Subscription plan?

Yes. You can log into your account and change or cancel your plan at anytime. We may have fulfilled your order at the time of your change (usually around five business days prior to your scheduled product arrival), and we will try to accommodate your changes as much as possible.
