What is sho BALANCE and sho ENERGY+?

These are our two initial products: high quality, clean and effective vegan vitamins and supplements in small, round Spheri-Gels that come in a daily-tracking dispenser.

Are sho products FDA approved?

The Dietary Supplement Industry is regulated by the the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA),and by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). All of the ingredients used are carefully selected and accepted by the FDA. We ensure all our ingredient supply, manufacturing, packaging, and quality control systems are the highest standards and compliant with FDA requirements.

Where are sho products made, and how do you ensure the quality?

We source the highest quality ingredients from the most established, reputable suppliers in the US and Japan. The supplements and vitamins are encapsulated at a state-of-the-art manufacturer in Japan which has a 20+ year track record of high-quality manufacturing. The facility is US FDA-registered, and GMP, HACCP, and Organic JAS certified. Product assembly, packaging, and fulfillment are conducted at an FDA-registered, GMP certified facility in the New York tri-state area. How do I take sho supplements?

sho is easy to take and remember, anytime and anywhere, with its click dispensing and daily tracking mechanism. Two simple steps to get the essential nutrients for your particular health function:

What’s the best time to take sho BALANCE / ENERGY+?

You can take sho supplements with or without food, and it helps to make it a daily healthy habit if you take them at the same time everyday, for example, with your breakfast. Lots of people like to take sho BALANCE before bedtime, and many have experienced real, tangible energy boost of sho ENERGY+ when it’s taken in the morning, after lunch, before your workout… You may want to avoid taking sho ENERGY+ into the evening if you are sensible to caffeine. You can also adjust the number of Spheri-Gels you need in a day with Spheri-Gel’s petite and versatile nature.

How do I store sho products?

Sho products are shelf stable under normal storage conditions. sho BALANCE vegan probiotics does not require refrigeration, which allows for travel convenience and ease of daily dosage. Although we’d recommend that It is best to store sho supplements in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat, because the Spheri-Gel are susceptible to heat, humidity, and sunlight, and may cause the gelcap to soften, which may affect the smooth dispensing. We use only the freshest ingredients without preservatives, binders or artificial additives, and we recommend that you consume each sho product within 30 days after opening. It's best to take sho supplements every day as a healthy habit, and enjoy the health improvement benefits.

Can I take multiple sho supplements at once?

Yes, you can choose different types of sho supplements to meet your functional health needs, and you don’t need to juggle with the old-fashioned bottles and caps - sho’s modular design and one-click-dispensing make taking multiple types of supplements quick and easy.

Are sho supplements okay for children to take?

sho formulations are intended for adults only (> 18 years old). Just as with other dietary supplements, please keep sho out of the reach of children. While most of our supplement ingredients are excreted for the excessive portion from our body without any side effects, if you think your child has taken excessive sho supplements, please contact your child's physician to discuss any concerns.

Are there any common allergens contained in the sho supplements?

sho is vegan vitamins and supplements dairy free and gluten free. It contains only the most effective nutrients to be clean and healthy. The supplements have no sweeteners, corn syrups, starches, artificial flavors or colors. They are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, fish, shellfish, peanuts, eggs. Lecithin contains a small trace amount of soy protein.

How do I choose between sho's Dispenser Unit and Refill Unit?

sho's ingenious Dispenser Unit helps you kickstart a healthy daily routine, and the Refill Unit is an economical way to keep topping up the nutritious Spheri-Gels. We recommend that you replace the dispenser cap at least every quarter, to maintain its proper functions, quality and hygiene standards.

How to manage my account when I want to make changes to my subscriptions?
