Try forgiving others for the little things. This makes life less stressful and even adds to your happiness and health! Enjoy the freedom from negativity - it gives you priceless rewards when you learn to forgive others – and don’t forget to forgive yourself!

Here are some easy ways that you can start to be forgiving:
Print out quotes and phrases that inspire you to be forgiving, and place them where you’ll see them every day. You can even set up reminders on your smartphone!
If you’ve hurt someone in your life, ask for their forgiveness. Remember, forgiveness is a two-way street.
We all make mistakes, and it’s important to learn to let go and forgive yourself. For one day, remember to be kind to yourself and avoid any negative self-talk.
Say three nice things about yourself while you look in the mirror (“I am happy,” “I am a nice person,” “I love to help others,” etc.) Do this every morning and notice how much happier your day is!
