Start with one tsp apple cider vinegar (ACV) in 1/2 cup water, and drink it 15-30 minutes before each meal. The ACV will help to stimulate your digestive juices so that you have an easier time digesting your meal.

This trick also works if you are planning to have an indulgent meal, or are going to eat something that you know you don’t digest well (dairy products like ice cream and milk, and red meat are common culprits).
