    В наших домах много мелочей, без которых мы вполне можем обойтись, но есть вещи, отсутствие которых чувствуется сразу. Одна из таких вещей — это дверная ручка. Поэтому с вопросами, какую дверную ручку выбрать и как правильно ее установить, рано или поздно сталкиваются многие. После чего вырубаем с помощью стамески и молотка площадку под лицевую планку. Механизм ручки кноб бывает двух видов. С регулируемой длиной защелки и без нее. Если длина защелки регулируется, то вы можете подогнать ее длину под размер паза. Если же не регулируется, то паз должен быть строго по исходной длине корпуса защелки см. Стандартная высота установки ручки на дверь, примерно мм от уровня пола. Далее отмечаем центр торца двери. От центра торца двери размечаем поле для защелки. При помощи перьевого сверла, высверливаем отверстия под ручку и под защелку. Отверстия под ручку и защелку, должны быть на одной оси. Свинчиваем с основания ручки декоративную накладку, скрывающую отверстия для крепежа Устанавливаем ручку на квадрат Размечаем отверстия для крепления ручки к дверному полотну. Ручки могут крепиться на саморезы, винты или стяжные винты. Обратите внимание, что для крепления ручки стяжными винтами, в корпусе замка должны быть предусмотрены специальные отверстия. Закрепляем ручку на дверном полотне. Навинчиваем декоративную накладку на основание ручки. С помочью шестигранного ключа входит в комплект ручек качественно закрепляем ручку на квадрате. В зависимости от толщины дверного полотна с помощью шаблона делаем разметку. Далее тоже по лекалу отмечаем центр торца двери. Решаем на каком расстоянии от торца двери будет находиться ручка. Примеряем защелку в отверстие и карандашом обводим ее контуры Выбиваем при помощи стамески и молотка паз под лицевую планку защелки, она должна полностью утапливаться. Устанавливаем ответную планку на одной высоте с защелкой таким образом, чтобы дополнительный язычок защелки при закрывании оставался утопленным в тело защелки. Дополнительный язычок на защелке необходим, он является запирающим элементом дверной ручки кноба. Для установки ручки – кноба, частично разбираем внутреннюю половинку ручки, чтобы получить доступ к отверстиям под крепежные стяжные винты. Для этого , необходимо ее разобрать в следующей последовательности: снять шар ручки и накладку с одной стороны комплекта. Для этого нужно найти прямоугольное углубление на боковой части декоративной накладки кноба и, при помощи специального ключа в комплекте ее снять. В зависимости от выбранного расстояния от торца двери до ручки ,переведите втулку квадрата ручки в соответствующее положение см. Установите защелку в паз двери и закрепите двумя винтами с торца убедитесь, что скос защелки направлен в сторону закрывания двери. Ручку с накладкой и стержнем устанавливайте так, чтобы стержень и стяжные втулки точно вошли в пазы на корпусе механизма защелки. С обратной стороны двери наденьте на стержень внутреннюю пластину накладки кноба и закрепите ее при помощи винтов. Затем наденьте декоративную часть накладки, установите ручку. Установите ручку таким образом, чтобы желоб на стержне совпадал с пазом на ручке кноба. С усилием нажмите на ручку до щелчка. На дверном полотне отмечаем высоту установки ручки. Прикручиваем ответную планку. Замеряем толщину дверного полотна мм. По метке делаем выборку отверстия с торца полотна двери под защёлку. Примеряем защелку в отверстие и карандашом обводим ее контуры. Выбиваем при помощи стамески и молотка паз под лицевую планку защелки, она должна полностью утапливаться.
